there were sharp edges and we worried about the kids
the noise on the top floor we heared when kids are playing.
we stayed for two nights with our four kids & had a great experience
we were upgraded and we very much appreciated the extra space, especially with two small kids

a lot of kids in the pool but still enjoyable.
we needed extra blanket and pillows, were provided for a big family with 3 kids
since the pool was heated it made it very comfortable for the kids to go in and swim since the weather was a
not the hotel's fault, per se, but each day we were there, there were kids screaming around the pool and running
hotel didn t offer room service which isn t ideal when travelling with kids

recommend families with kids as they provide suites/large rooms

breakfast is amazing and the pool even it's raining the kids are having some fun
the room is spacious, and the kids really love it

we often heard kids kids yelling from other floors as well
the kids loved the pool and hot tub
was a little chaotic, but that was mostly due to kids running
this time the kids pool wasn t working but we did other things
difficult for kids to sleep

some of the kids on site went over the fence and used it anyways
hotel has washing machine and dryer at the 4th floor wich might come in hand when traveling with kids
also the folding bed was fine to make our kids sleep but an adult would have a terrible night on that thing
sheets of bed really hospital grade and soda bed curving under kids weight
the wifi could be better, but overall a great place to stay with kids

breakfast was good but can be better with more variety for kids such as pan cakes or scrambled eggs

seating during breakfast, really nice and peaceful with few steps to a playground to take the kids after a meal

the swimming pool in the spa got transformed into a water park with a family (not just kids) splashing people
we have both elderly and kids in the trip
found the staff friendly, our accommodations comfortable, and the on site facilities (spa, wine bar) enjoyable
