the cocktails at the beach bar were disappointing

i found the bar price s very expensive, compared to other venues

beach bar is painfully under staffed and booking a table for dinner is essential

tea & coffee facilities were not up to our expectations (in the bedroom) we wish the restaurant bar served us

access to bar and restaurant was only after 19:00hrs as it s independent to the hotel

i told the front desk that isn t fair since check out is 11am so the kids got to enjoy basically 10 minutes

lots of kids running through the back garden in front of everyone's rooms

the pool was supposed to be open 8am-8pm, then we were told 10am today (sunday) and when we came down
