it s fairly clean, but not facility are handy such as the pool or the spa, as it s an annex with a business
great location. lg clean room and bathroom. on site parking. good coffee machine. staff lovely.

the hotel's restaurant is superb, and the spa is quite enjoyable
bars close early at 6pm. maybe there s the restaurant bar but not sure.

came here for two nights with our two kids, 3 and 6
we were disappointed there was no kids club or really any kids activities around the resort
best place for young kids and dogs! food and service were excellent.

they should keep the pool for guests as too many kids in the pool to swim

decent location, nice grounds, nice escape for a weekend. too many families with kids.
hotel was very very crowded with families and lots and lots of kids and dogs
the sofa bed in our room for our kids was really uncomfortable.
suite did not have a balcony while on the second floor with kids
there were definitely a lot of families with kids and couples there too

noise across the street in the tree area by the sidewalk one of the nights by vagrants and their kids running
both nights we could hear kids jumping, running around until 2am
there was also a family with noisy kids next door

luckily, we were able to get the glassware from the bar downstairs
pool was not accessible.
wifi and tv are there for the namesake, they are not usable at all.

room was near the pool, and families with small kids have rooms near the pool, and small kids were noisy playing
