we was at the pool there was a lot of kids and no one come to check on them and they was driving in and jumping

had to send grand-kids to lobby in the other building to pick up towels that we were told would be brought to

coming in through the heat/ac units kids in the pool till 11 pm jumping screaming

there was indeed a birthday party, adults drinking and about 20 kids screaming and running around the pool

the staff was very friendly, they had a good sized pool for the kids & a hot tub

kids went into frigid water

if my kids were with me i would have been very upset

buffet was on the expensive side, but kids 5 and under ate for free so it worked out for

we ordered room service, the food was very good but was delivered in to go boxes and bags, plastic

we are grateful for the early check in and large room for our pet.
