we are a family of 4 so i was worried about the pull out couch bed for the kids but it was so comfortable- both
like coffee and hot choc pods, cereal and milk, sleeping masks and netflix, perfect for the kids after a long
tulipop theme (we just learnt about them, they are cartoon characters famous in iceland), and the kids got cute
we booked it twice during our stay in iceland, while travelling with three kids
even though my kids are in their 20 s, i they got a kick out of the kid decorations

we were able to have an early check in which is very helpful after a long hour flight
hotel is in a great area, it is one road away from the rainbow road and is right in the heart of bars and
we had a free mini bar which unfortunately we didn't use but it was a nice touch
part is that you can wait for northern light within the sauna and enjoy the live music from a bar nearby
loud music from a bar next to hotel if you'd like to open the

cafe open 24hrs but options limited, especially for kids
will be back with the kids next year and 100% stay here

selections, artisan breads, as well as traditional american favorites, the local icelandic yogurt bar was superb

absolutely everything! amazing and great bar area
the vibe in the lounge and bar are excellent

room is pretty spacious, especially when you are travelling with kids
there were drunk kids outside yelling on the street next to the hotel until about 3/4am and this interrupted
upon arrival, with 2 kids and 5 bags we had to take out the luggage, put it in the trolley and take it to the
room service would ve been nice after a day of exploring and you re looking for food/snacks
on our last night we had room service and we loved our dinner

there was a terrible kids' soccer convention on the premises and there was not much of an effort from staff to
key in the lift so you could use it was a little annoying but we understand why it's done, the kids went off
the lobby has an atm and a snack bar that works 24/7 really practical and helpful
excellent catering. great gym :)
