staff was kind and helpful. breakfast was excellent. location was great. beds were comfortable.

airco first floor did not help and only made first level too cold ( place where kids slept)
should have rules about kids using the spa, because there were a lot of jumping in the water, screaming, etc
the spa was frequently used by families with kids without anybody monitoring the entrances/exits into the
easter egg hunt for the kids

if the rooms could be 10% bigger,it would have been 10/10 you have to get down for wifi password,it's a bit old
wifi went out every time the phone was closed so you had to sign in many times

com consisted of connecting rooms for a 2 adults/2 kids capacity but i was initially offered a 2 single
connecting rooms available, good when travelling with kids
and creative design, really cool bar zone, amazing location, tea and coffee available in the lobby round the
was a good variety of food for breakfast and as much as you could eat
the fact that although the bar didn't get a lot of use , you had to go to the front desk to get a staff member

plus there are lots of activities to keep the kids entertained

the hotel pool was just perfect for the kids to have a splash about, with a well stocked bar for us parents
and we enjoyed the privatized swimming pool, the kids play room complete with puzzles/video games, the room
clean and excellent facilities like massage chair jakuzi and swimming pool

the balcony was brilliant, very roomy with views of the lake below, our kids loved it
property doesn't really have any facilities for kids and the small pool is very child unfriendly
as advice and not criticism i think kids menu was a bit weird
the kids liked the bike rental (great car-free path along the canal which we followed for 18km) and
no snacks for kids at the bar before mealtime. . . our kids are always hungry.... ud83dude09
