parking lot slopes dramatically so when someone opens their car door next to you, it can swing open

kids loved the pool and hot tub
as we checked-in late (after 11pm) with 3 kids age 12 and under, esp after 6 hours flight, remind above requests

my kids enjoy the pool so much and you they can be loud in having fun around the pool no one complain
there was a family above us and the kids screamed, ran and jumped until after midnight

blocking nice view, no umbrella on hot patio when neighboring rooms had one, many loud people/kids in pool all
in the breakfast room was not too friendly, even i bring 2 kids, was not kind enough
hotel, not the modern -door hard to open kept getting stuck -too many kids in pool needs to be a adult
