had to stay there on easter unexpectedly and my kids were thrilled to see the easter bunny, i was so happy they

my two little kids all waited there together and cried finally
were kids running all over the place - small children who weren't always well behaved, and with parents
the cookie decorating event was a big hit for my kids
there was dried pet urine on the floor that we had to wipe up as it was all sticky

were incredible and the breakfast and dining room, in front of the open fire was priceless for my kids

nice location and game room for kids
pools too crowded - kids hours would be a good idea
with two small kids i decided to splurge and get a ski in / ski out property
pool and jacuzzis are the reason why we chose this hotel as we were traveling with our kids
the rooms are spacious and comfortable, valet staff was awesome and the spa is amazing

well a group of eight kids all under twelve were running around using all the hot tubs and pool plus being loud
delightful staff! great spa! delicious breakfast! kids picked out cute little gifts at check in.
my kids cleaned the pool themselves with the net
also ate at ranch bar and restaurant it was very good as well
loved the 3 spas (2 outdoors/1 indoors) and the indoor/outdoor pool

bedroom was small and kids bunks right next to bedroom, rest of apartment was nice
the pool & spa was excellent
there's a great pool that i wasn't even aware of when booking and was an amazing bonus
4 bedroom apartment was comfortable with 4 bathrooms, 2 gas fireplaces and 2 balconies
were very accommodating and helpful - they allowed me to use the pool and fitness center when our room wasn't

kids were everywhere, which means the area is safe, but it made things very loud at times

my kids found old room keys and a toy ball under the night stand and in between the curtains
the kids loved the fire and s mores
that the main lobby area has been taken over by a big central bar - not family friendly any more
the bar area was pleasant, although could not accommodate the numbers of people
room service was really bad, took forever and food was not very good

only thing i would add would be a small space for little kids , a playroom maybe
i think that breakfast works for families, but we don't have kids and prefer proper meals
i wish the pool was larger but understand space is at a premium in the area
room service unavailable after 6:30, not really room service as is customary
the pool was inviting and the location was right across the street from shops and restaurants

all the staff super nice and played with my little kids, friendly
breakfast was very expensive including the kids items
staff at the pines lodge was great and the location was an easy shuttle or walk to the base
there is a really nice bar and restaurant downstairs

a hole in the wall sports bar open in the whole town that serves food after then, so if you have kids you pretty
kids were very loud and unattended throughout the hotel
were hundreds of kids running around
less pleasant due to the loudness and lack of ability to use the facilities due to the lacrosse kids that were
they do not have a good restaurant or room service menu. disappointed with the food selection

lots of kids. breakfast and lunch were very expensive and average in portions and quality.
many kids at the pool, very rowdy, no one told the parents to control them
our kids loved swimming in the heated pools after a day of skiing
our kids enjoyed the activities on site
visitors during the day and also lie on their website about certain amenities eg there is no kids club
