all the staff super nice and played with my little kids, friendly
breakfast was very expensive including the kids items
setting, access to beaver creek village, pool and jacuzzi, fitness room and steam room, free daily water jars
property lacked a place for tea coffee bar after skiing
there was even free do-it-yourself laundry

my kids found old room keys and a toy ball under the night stand and in between the curtains
the kids loved the fire and s mores
front desk, valet and shuttle driver (the staff does it all and multi tasks to ensure the guests are treated
the restaurant and bar menus were very limited and extortionately priced for what was on offer
due to covid-19 the hotel suspended room service. this is temporary but was disappointing.

only thing i would add would be a small space for little kids , a playroom maybe
i think that breakfast works for families, but we don't have kids and prefer proper meals
rooms, delightful staff, nice continental breakfast to start the day, the location is across the street from
awesome pool. great location

kids were very loud and unattended throughout the hotel
less pleasant due to the loudness and lack of ability to use the facilities due to the lacrosse kids that were
a hole in the wall sports bar open in the whole town that serves food after then, so if you have kids you pretty

many kids at the pool, very rowdy, no one told the parents to control them

my two little kids all waited there together and cried finally
were kids running all over the place - small children who weren't always well behaved, and with parents
the cookie decorating event was a big hit for my kids
my glasses at the spa in my robe- went down 10mn later and they were never to be found again

kids were everywhere, which means the area is safe, but it made things very loud at times

we were upgraded to a full apartment with two fire places, a full gourmet kitchen and a living room with plenty
