very clean nice smelling property the receptionist welcomed the kids with a activity pack!
member of staff at reception made a really big effort to chat to my kids every time we went past reception and
lots of kids running around in jim jams, but it was christmas after all!
mention must go to the breakfast buffet which is always my kids favourite part and really made them happy: it
loved the fact that you were accommodating to me and my 4 kids

fortunately though the kids were served faster and could eat before we got there in the end
health spa, although nice got quite busy with kids (but it was bank holiday) which no one was policing and the
friendly staff, brilliant health centre, good kids entertainment in area nearby, great afternoon
room, friendly and helpful staff great service for the kids
our room was also of good size so it was good as we had kids with us, also we really enjoyed the fact that

and we really valued it being open 8am-8pm as lots of hotels have restricted swim times for kids
alot of noise from wedding party and kids running around
we arrived late with 3 kids no room service or even crisps in
request a super deluxe room for 3 people- 1 adult and 2 kids
the kids absolutely loved the indoor pool, which added extra fun to our stay
