were given no help and no assistance to locate our room while struggling with the luggage and the kids after a
hotel is so big with so much going on we would recommend minimum 3 night stay, perfect for kids, small families

of the staff were rude, especially at the main pool bar, could have had more activities for the kids, kids only

the place is but i'll finish with, if you can pick anywhere in lanzarote (and you don't have kids), pick here,

kids pool is beautiful full of fun but you never see a kid in there because the water is frozen
