we weren t concerned too much with that, just needed a place that was clean and the kids could blow off some
a school bus showed up the second night and the kids were noisy all night long and we could hear everything
overall appeareance needs work. pool is not working. larger breakfast facility.
wifi was also great
pool was closed, and no wifi the first night( no fault of the owner, the whole town lost power the day before

perfect if you wanted to stay with kids, they would think its fun
you have kids with you they give the a bag of cheerios to feed the bunny my grandson loved it
it was perfect for our 5 person family. the kids loved their own tv and room.

the property was easy to get to and my kids loved the hot tub.
