want to go back with my husband minus kids
did like every thing from the hotel but i wish the hotel has kids facilities as i have two childeren i kept
the wifi is not available throughout
the food however was excellent, the room service let the chef down
with a balcony with magnificent views over poole harbour towards brownsea island excellent breakfast and evening

the kids food and wraps at the outside pizza restaurant were excellent
its family friendly, which isn't really up my street but i saw they had kids club

of any of the facilities and the fact my son could have booked water sports with the hotel or the kids club i
a sea view with balcony on the first floor which was great but it was very noisy from the kids club

we had a great time playing in the indoor pool with the kids and the access out to the beach was very handy
kids using the spa facilities - and using the outdoor jacuzzi which was extremely annoying, it
so many kids around, good if you go like me with
customer service from staff, kids having nappies changed in spa area and staff not challenging
limited food options for kids and quality of the food we did order for my son was terrible.

not working properly shower door didn t close wires hanging from the tv & hairdryer on to kids bed very
carpet so when walking through your be not knowingly walking onto the the spikes both myself and kids had hurt
at the reception was very nice , friendly he give us some information what we should visit with kids
the shower was dirty and door hard to open, kids could quite easily get burned in there
the room my friends and their kids stayed in did not have a tv.

location was perfect for a morning run on the beach and activities for the kids

kids makimg noise in the swimming pool also don't make it feel as a relaxing spa
the swimming pool, also had a kids paddling pool next to it, was great for my 2 year old
i would also recommend to set up the hours for families with the kids and adults only use of the spa separately

food service regarding kids meals was slow and the kids meals were often bigger portions than the adult meals

gorgeous outdoor heated pool, deer munching on grass in the kids park, 5 mins to the beach.
the grand piano is great if you can trust parents not to let their kids play at an unreasonable hour
this was a trip with two of my kids and we had a great time
very friendly staff and well equipped especially for kids
the food was excellent and the kids loved the buffet and cooked breakfast

the toiletries were placed very high on the wall so struggled to reach them, impossible for the kids
room had a microwave, kettle, fridge & cutlery & crockery, necessary when travelling with kids
the room needs bit od update and kids sofa ved was not comfy for them.
as there were 3 families with home clothes inside the pool with their kids making noise, and non of them were
for us, with 2 small kids, been the best choice
