the whole knight style thing was enjoyed by my kids
very busy , our floor was full of a cycling group of kids running around till 19pm
order to get wifi, you had to ask at reception and be given a slip, and often the code did not work
did not work, no gym even though it has one advertised on the photos - this was essential for us, very
room service, heavily promoted, was terribly slow and poor value

found myself waiting for staff at the bar which was often deserted for several minutes
spa bath badly stained and very slippery, needs attention
the gym was very poor, and access was via key from the front desk, which is annoying
full breakfast was available at additional charge
had a pool all week so missed that but you do get what you pay for so no complaints really

breakfast was great quality- cereals for kids, pastries, spanish tortilla, selection of ham, juices, etc
bar does not work during the day time, so if you want to relax after a trip in the lounge/bar area,
was generally closed at the time of our stay, room service expensive with limited
enjoyed a pleasant drink and dinner in the very lively bar area
little disappointing there was no restaurant or bar during our stay if we had known we would have stayed elsewhere

very comfortable room, super clean, nice breakfast, right on el camino
the rooms are so clean and inviting and they serve breakfast and evening meal together in such a lovely way
didn't have breakfast so can't advise on that
excellent check in experience and free laundry service
anna was so wonderful. did our laundry for us.
