the wifi in our room didnt work and the tv wouldn't work, so we weren't able to watch netflix, kids were upset
my husband and kids went down to try the pool, it was green and hot tub wasn't working

indoor pool chlorine was super strong and made my kids eyes very red and burning
i m from the south, that was not good gravy lol kids in the pool screaming no adult around.

wouldn't let kids swim alone, ages 10 and 12 that swim like fish! but understood why.
only thing was the hot tub not up and running and the kids wanted to swim but the pool was too cool and it was

we ended up leaving the hotel to get food for the kids
my kids were ecstatic that we were staying there, but also bummed that we were only staying one night

rooms were large and beautiful, the gym facilities were some of the best i ve seen in a hotel and the staff

they made sure the kids had fun by putting out games and playing movies complete with popcorn
this property because of their ad of a luxurious pool and all i saw a big hole in the ground my kids were
there was also a big group of kids staying there on a sports trip that were running up and down the corridors
it had an excellent restaurant and bar on premises with exceptional wait staff.
the staff was amazing and the room was great. from check in to ordering room service!
