the pool was sadly closed but the jacuzzi was lovely
maybe the spa and other amenities are, i didn't use those facilities
hotel itself was fabulous, and free wifi worked perfectly for me to continue work from the room

the ground are fanatastic, very quiet, good for the kids to run around
yard for the kids to play, room size, chateau.

it s an old castle, my kids said that was squeaky. i absolutely loved it

the minibar was expensive (even for water) and in a big fridge in the bathroom

old but befitting for property wifi never really worked but staff apologetic and stated always was a

as a result we got back to hotel and took a room service (which also was poor)
breakfast wonderful and in a magical location again directly on the waterfront with the sound of
everything was spotless and the breakfast was great
aquarium bar not to my taste
the evening we arrived as there appeared to be some function on but the food and service in the bar was faultless

lift was tiny, really talking one perosn at a time so maybe akward for a family with multiple kids

was room smelt a bit stale on arrival but was very clean and was a great place to stay with kids
the room is huge, perfect for a family, the kids loved having the top floor
paying for the view, there probably better options but as a duplex with 2 kids it was the only option when
fun staying in the attic of the building with the kids in a mezzanine level in the rafters
