i loved the kids club and plenty of activities during easter weekend

the hotel staff were very friendly and polite, a real joy :) the swimming pool, sauna, hammam were disinfected
only small suggestion i would make is that the eclipsal running machine in the gym needs service or probably
the gym is definitely too small.

the bar food (which was extensive) and the menu at porquoi pas restaurant were outstanding
great bar and outside seating for meals and breakfast (beware the seagulls though)

the kids loved the bunk bed

the off street parking was appreciated and the breakfast was very good
old but befitting for property wifi never really worked but staff apologetic and stated always was a
some light bulbs in the room needed replacing. wifi only worked in the lobby.

fridge would be nice for some cold water in the room or keeping a few things such as milk for kids
overall clean and tidy, good wifi and good location.
breakfast is probably not worth it. wifi pretty useless

we had 2 rooms interconnected so it was very convenient to stay with the kids
the irish bar next door is open until 3am and the voices carry and can be very loud
the wifi was quite bad, intermittent, poor
was awake form 2am and didn't sleep, charged for city tax again on arrival, basic small room, wifi very poor

made a booking for a family room with 2 kids
wish the bed (king) was queen and the kids beds weren't on top of each other (because my kids fight, so would

was room smelt a bit stale on arrival but was very clean and was a great place to stay with kids
the room is huge, perfect for a family, the kids loved having the top floor
paying for the view, there probably better options but as a duplex with 2 kids it was the only option when
fun staying in the attic of the building with the kids in a mezzanine level in the rafters

the light switchs were broken (3 out of 5), this is dangerous especially for kids
dry cleaning service, parking always full, unconfortable to drive in front of the hotel with kids and heavy
family adjoining room was configured so that the main room of the suite was for the kids and we, as adults were
not great when travelling with very young kids
no good dinner menu for kids

no toilets on the ground floor, so if you're in the bar there's a flight of stairs to negotiate.

most regrettably at night, from the kitchen downstairs at the brasserie de la houle and from the bar and
