when i called about my kids tubs being clogged the plumber came very promptly
room there were clumps of hair in the shower, the dishes had dried up food on them, the tub in my kids room was
rooms because another room thought we were making noise when it was some other room with about 6 kids for a
if you have kids they won t be happy about that
staff were extremely nice and helpful. kids enjoyed the pool.

wasn't warm very cold great for kids but scare for adults the food made u wonder why am i not at a rsturant with
kids noses ended up a little stuffy because it was either too hot or too cold
plenty of parking and close to a lot of other businesses like restaurants and stores
was very clean, enough parking and great location. definitely i will come back here
bar is great friendly and always professional to include: hotel employees always very accommodating

breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool.
this was a little disappointing for the kids
a laundry room and life jackets for all ages since no lifeguard on duty

and maybe some should walk by the pool every hour cause now a days you never know what could happen

thing i could think to mention is that the parking lot was not properly shoveled and i almost slipped a couple
more salt and sand on the ice outside, in the parking lot would of been
the breakfast was superb in its quality and
were so pleased with everyone and everything - even the parking area
the larger tv in the bar area needs updating big time

the bar food was delicious and the drinks were perfectly balanced

lot of teenage kids running around the property with no supervision
a little far away from my grand-kids , but worth the drive t the north shore

t even know what it was and at first did not want to change my room or anything for me and my kids
close to by daughter the place was wonderful breakfast was outstanding maids were very sweet manager visited
location was perfect didn t have the breakfast
pool was nice bed was super comfy and nice and quite kitchen fridge great room
i like that they had an indoor pool with hot tub available.

one day they took very long to have our room cleaned, and i had to wait downstairs with my kids for a long time
loved the pool, our kids loved the pool because it goes from indoors to out doors
lot for 5 months, only because i intend to enjoy myself, after a life of sacrificing to raise my kids
would have welcomed a complimentary breakfast bar and a daily room cleaning.

so, everything i had like; water and juice for the kids were at room temperature
for my husband and i were already free so for our inconvenience they would pay for our two kids
