the staff was very nice but not adequately trained on the wifi system or local shops/restaurants
the amenities were incredible and having the bar and shucker downstairs was perfect for our stay

was great that they were able to get us adjoining rooms because we had kids with us
front desk lady was friendly and accommodating. nice bath tub for kids. beds were ok.

decent location, nice grounds, nice escape for a weekend. too many families with kids.
suite did not have a balcony while on the second floor with kids
there were definitely a lot of families with kids and couples there too
hotel was very very crowded with families and lots and lots of kids and dogs
the sofa bed in our room for our kids was really uncomfortable.

bed me and my kids slept on we could actually feel the spring on the mattress
and quiet lounge area behind reception were great additions to help kick off our stay with young kids on a good
parking is 10$ a day, pool and laundry facilities on site, microwaves and fridges in rooms
nice room, great location, bar and starbucks downstairs. staff was very friendly.
it was clean convenient and nice staff. the beds are comfy and the pool was sparkling.

we could hear the kids fighting, crying, music, tv, and trying to open and knock on the connecting door
the families who wanted to give their kids milk to drink were completely baffled as were we
both nights we could hear kids jumping, running around until 2am
for families with kids we highly recommend l oro di napoli pizza where just a glass shield separates you and
we are a family with two little kids, spend two nights there

they should keep the pool for guests as too many kids in the pool to swim

breakfast was good. only got it one time up by the pool. should have gone every day.
the cottages, the pool and restaurants on site were amazing
view from the pool across the vineyard is amazing
service at the pool was not five star
meals were outstanding, especially at farm and upper pool area
