the pool was under shady trees so leaves were constantly falling in
the bar closed at 9
no information pack in room and had to ask re wifii password, meal times, restaurant menus etc
the breakfast was fantastic
lovely staff, comfortable room and good breakfast

i just wish they will let know more information that s long walk down specially with kids it s not great to
to stay at but it would need to reconsider certain aspects if it wants to appeal to families with kids/teenagers
hotel was great, the bonus was being able to use the facilities at the carbis bay hotel with its spa and swimming
wonderful room, extremely courteous, helpful staff, superb breakfast!

young kids or elderly would really struggle
only time slots, but would be better if there were more slots as the peace was ruined once the kids arrived,
had a magic family celebration dinner on the terrace in the open air, with kids
kids ocean sports (shame i found out through a guest not the hotel
said we could have a beach front hotel room (1 king bed, but no fridge or anything you need with kids)

too many kids around in the evening when we were there ( easter)and the menu reflects this
kids playing on the stairs and parents not watching
kids enjoyed having a games room with air hockey and pool
have really thought about what kids - big and small - need and
magazines, games, dvd's, kids club
