it was inconvenient but not that big of a deal, if i had kids with me i would've been annoyed

me and my wife wanted to be woken up while being out of town , we would of stayed home with are kids

it is not a place i'd take with small children not bc they aren't kid friendly but bc kids want pools and

we got a call from the manager saying they noticed we came with two small kids and wanted to give us a murphy

room was a little small for 2 adults and 2 kids

room service food was mediocre at best for a $20 hamburger. no pool or jacuzzi.

moreover, she was showing me charges for another rooms pool bar charge when we were out all day early morning

hotel lobby and restaurant/ bar also wonderful

there were a couple of items; room service food came up cold

lack of fridge lets the room quality down a little, i get it s to encourage usage of the mini bar but i think

minutes late; in addition, they said they would text when the room was ready, which they did not bar menu pricing

walking distance to the hustle of broadway, breakfast of the kids and pool

got my kids all excited and then there was no adjoining room

two blocks from broadway easily walkable pool was great for the kids

there seemed to be alot of kids under 13 in the gym did not use for that fact

we had kids partying in the room next to us all night

that was a huge disappointment for me and my kids

elevators are hard to stomach and if you have little kids the balconies will give you the fear

family friendly, only restaurant didn t have tables suitable for kids to sit at

very disappointed for what i paid considering we had to walk forever in freezing cold with 2 kids carrying

in progress of capitol grill and oak bar limited dining options and social gathering

was a shame the hotel was quiet as would ahve been nice to see more people at the bar but guess this is down to

the spa was closed.

told by an employee i couldn't drink a canned beer in outside area by pool, even though college kids were drinking

it s was bit of a pain to get my kids logged onto school virtually

location can't be beat. wifi was free & fast. room was clean.

the bar area wasn't open very late. i think it closed at 10pm on a friday and saturday night.
