family booked this location with kids in hopes that the children would be able to swim but the pool was out of
the pool was out of order for most of my stay which was very disappointing that my kids had to watch the other
love the availability of a free shuttle

very clean and kids friendly
pool was 24hour, therefore many 'teen' kids hanging around the lobby, laying around in the hallways
the hotel lobby was so big that's why my kids loved
nigerian man was very rude to the black kids he scream in their face saying he would put them out and give money
i liked the shower would have preferred a tub because i had small kids

the first time, the a/c made a clanking sound that woke up my kids when it came on
my kids complained about the blankets being rough
the size of the room was great we had the one bed room king room with pull out sofa for the kids
and my husband took our two kids who are 3 and 1 to the houston zoo
the pool looked amazing and both kids wanted to swim but we couldn't due to cold weather

a little bit of a inconvenience when there s 3 kids but we understood it was for our safety
no wiffy for the kids
comfortable beds, hot showers, room had a small living area that was perfect for separating kids
sleeping on the sofa bed. kids got the double beds and slept great!
the kids slept in there and watched movies while we watched tv in our area

was not included which i did not realize as this is important when travelling with kids
my kids loved the pool and gym
we love that it is quite, no door slamming or kids running throughout the halls
swimming pool and jacuzzi were fantastic
i wish they had an actual restaurant. they had a bar that served food and it was overpriced.
