we found bloodstains in the sofa bed for my kids - and nobody cared

i know it is for families with kids but i know also it could exist better in-bed-mattress

the was a games room for the kids which was good but for a 4 star hotel of this size i would expect more

clean and comfy, and a kids club with some activities for kids

if you go with kids is even shorter as they ask you to use it only at 4pm

we traveled with kids and after a long car trip, this wasn't what we expected

we were unlucky to book the spa at the same time that a family was hanging out there with their kids misbehaving

beds were comfy. hotel was very clean. staff friendly. good location. gym very useful.
