we had a wonderful stay until the room next door had a family with several kids who were just being fun-loving
so we missed this daily as our kids were ready for bed and didn t want to wait (neither did we)

we ordered kids meals 20 mins before our own and they arrived 15 mins after ours
top was closed due to private event, i booked two rooms one for my husband and me and one for my kids, when i
had 2 kids there bored to death
there were also young kids milling around
the amway centre starbucks on site - useful , though excellent in room facilities well equipped gym roof top

issue with the hotel were the prices in the restaurants - way too high for families travelling 2+ kids
and helpful, water taxi from hotel to universal parks was great i wish pool would be warmer, so kids could enjoy
our kids said they wanted to live there forever

couldn t order movies for the kids and there was nothing on tv
hotel is great to go with kids
we had to shower in the kids bathroom because ours was sooooo small, but its only cause of the hot tub which
told that my kids would be able to go to activity room alone at check out but instructor made them leave and
lots of things to do during your stay which includes activities , movie theater for kids and game room

my kids loved the water slides and pools
you could do so many activities with the kids and everyone can all have fun
multiple pools and water slides, big screen tv with kids movies playing all day, and an arcade - all on site
resort was excellent, my kids really loved it
my kids love the slides. we enjoyed the comfort of the room and staff was friendly.
