well the only thing i would change is enforcing supervision at the pool with the kids .
the amenities were okay, but not a lot for kids to engage in.

it was very uncomfortable to watch, especially since he was there with his kids
and friday came back following week for 3 more days and it was also very noisy, grown-ups, kids and dogs barking
the structure, noisee, uncomftable it good only for families with kids i think so
kids were overtired and wouldn t sleep for us
we checked-in there was kids screaming so loud and running up and down the hallways, we had to call front desk

the different pools were great because you could relax in a more quiet area or if you had kids there was a

we arrived at the hotel late, around 11:50pm, tired from a long trip and with two small kids

one person in particular her name was catalina she seemed to greet everyone, talked to the kids and genuinely
for instance for the kids there was no pancake or waffles
my kids loved having their own room and the bunk beds
the bed was very comfortable and i love the family suite! the kids love having their own t.v.!
