in room 228 i was moved to 419 at 2 am in the morning and given the wrong keys had to carry three kids back down
the next morning, the kids wanted breakfast so i decided to contact the front desk & see if they offered

it made this space useless for our kids as i wouldn't want my children around it
place, unfortunately it was not the case and the front desk won t help to warm the food for my kids
hotel itself is really beautiful and i loved the view i was on the 11th floor and my kids were excited when the
nice bar and restaurant area

kids (ages 11 & 13) were not too happy with it
good location in downtown norfolk. decent sized gym with good stations & free weights.
we were impressed with the machines in the gym
additionally, hospitality never gave room service

pool was closed for maintenance so kids were disappointed.
after a couple days of being in the new room young kids rented the room it was the same issue
also we had booked 2 rooms and asked for them to be near each other as we have small kids that were going back
need larger tv and a window that open to let the chlorine smell out in pool room

was spacious for my family of 4 with a couch for our kids to split up and not have to share a bed
didn't like that since i stayed during the week my kids were not able to get waffles
also a lot of kids in pool without supervision
kids enjoyed breakfast on sunday
had rap music playing loud and kids were screaming and parents screaming at kids

i'm guessing was kids because it was fruit snack wrappers and candy wrappers ny the
prices in the snack bar were outrageous
my husband was happy with the fitness room, despite it being sparcely stocked with weights

it was such a sweet gesture, and the kids at the hotel loved it
didn t have a pool for the kids rooms was not big enough

room service after the second day and we had booked the suite with living room area since we had kids with us
like the space size the kids had the room and my husband and i had the sofa bed
loved there was a separate room for us from our kids and that it was like a home away from

my kids did not stay in very long
the front desk clerk was in training and messed the whole process up for me and my 2 kids
kids screaming and partying late in the night in the hallway and slamming doors
the non-refundable $75 pet fee the pool unfortunately was closed
travel and liked the running routes app and the generous fitness centre and swimming pool

also demon hosted a kids sleepover so pool area was very noisy and no adults but myself
room was not what i expected need a sofa traveling with kids
it was close to my college kids. but it s over priced. very much so.
stains on pull out couch mattress garbage left understand the couch kids ob campus were outside laughing and
i feel rates take advantage of parents visiting their kids

breakfast was good, pool was fun for the kids
one of the reception staff was agressive dealing with the our kids
the breakfast was a standard meal with biscuits and bacon among other options, the kids enjoyed it
please do not attribute rooms to noisy families with scheming kids that come in at 10h30 at night besides the
front desk person had the nastiest attitude ever and i had my kids including my infant in the car with no where
