lack of signposts to rooms, no wifi (temporary, apparently)

were treated to the surround system until 11 finally got to sleep only to be awakened at 11:15 by kids and
was terrible and very bad for ppl with kids or those not liking stairs
i had to cancel my stay since my wife and kids fell sick
5 hours for a bottle of champagne room service
perfect. cocktail bar staff were amazing. receptionists polite helpful and made us feel at home.

recommend family trip with 2 kids. it has two queen beds covering 4 persons.
staff were superb, great with the kids

due to having a stressful day so my son having a spinal operation on the royal hospital for sick kids nearby
we could hear the kids neighboring room. this could be from the connecting door.
