location, very friendly and helpful staff, great coffee, unique spacious rooms, great for kids or couples or

- free wifi throughout, unlimited nb of devices and no password

no room service which is unacceptable for this level of hotel

hotel was extremely pet friendly and the place was full of dogs

we booked it because of the history, (just kids, sid & nancy etc) but had no idea it had been recently renovated

it lacked facilities like gym/spa

from the design on the floor to the furniture and the room service

the staff to refill the mini bar if they are a bit pushy during morning hours.

room service forgot several items

ich was not available on our trip) which should be larger and fit a proper day bed in it for kids

room to be not accessible - all chairs were actually high bar chairs, that are hard to climb for kids/short

can hear your neighbors (we ve heard our neighbors kids screaming and laughing in the middle of the night

gym was nice and clean

location, gym and clean room but so dark we could not see a thing

missed out on room service because it closed at 11p which is reasonable, but 12 midnight closure could be fab

so when traveling with little kids can be challenging

like everything but wish to have balcony plus microwave oven if kids needs something warm at

being denied check-in upon arrival, especially while traveling with family and kids, was extremely stressful

free breakfast for kids aged above 11

it was very small for the price. it was a tight fit with my 2 kids.

beds walls are paper thin and can hear everything going on in the next room, not great with kids in your room

great staff! so welcoming of us and the kids.

checked in around 2:00 am with my family and kids after a flight of more than 10 hours

the beds were extremely comfortable as was the sofa bed the kids slept on

very friendly. kids enjoyed fully the pool. love the neighborhood.

hot nyc summer and reason enough to make it our now go-to place to stay in the city with young kids

having a clean bathroom and bedsheets is the most important thing to me as i travel a lot with my kids, family

we have three kids and got a free upgrade to a room with two bathrooms- i could have kissed the receptionist

family suite was big and had 2 bathrooms and sliding door to separate kids from adults and kids had own tv as

clean, easy to get to. they gave us free upgrade to a family room with bunk beds for the kids

consider yourself blessed to stay in the family suite if you have kids with you.

room service was providing excellent service and regularly checking the room, cleaning and

i also find it difficult find rooms that are workable for me and my two kids who are older

wifi isn't the best at the hotel, but my zoom meeting didn't glitch once

we booked the room, we thought we were getting the pictured bunk beds (for the kids) since there weren't any

while our room for 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids was very small the beds were super comfy and had all mod cons
