had booked a ‘junior suite’ to sleep 2 adults & 2 teenagers - the kids’ beds were fold up metal beds -
the kids pool doesn't have steps so for our 3 year old it was hard to get in and there where never
two little kids it a bit complicated with no bathtub
i understand, but they should have a shower next to pool to let the guests take a shout after the check in
the fact that the bar closes at some point of the night but even though it was perfect

it's a good family hotel, the kids club was great, having a very dynamic monitor leading this activity for
extra bed for kids was not very comfortable.
the air was not on and we had babies sleeping early a real issue if you want to go with small kids

the restaurant is nice with average food, unfortunately a bit noisy (big family with kids) and lack of music
when you bring kids, they need a minimum age to enter it, but this info you do not find on booking

we accepted that, so instead decided to play tennis and pool with the kids
at the breakfast, coffee was not served at the table.

many kids in the spa, couldn t really enjoy myself because it was always noisy and the kids were

they had many complaints but the teacher from the trip dismissed this when approached saying the kids wouldn't

we were with kids and it was really nice that they had special hours that the kids could use the indoor spa

the pool was dirty with insects inside, my kids were sad because it was raining and we have to stay inside with

booked two rooms and checked in with our kids on an extremely stormy day, arriving soaking wet
other rooms my kids stayed in felt very castle-like and were a little dark and dank with outdated bathrooms
