we had early check in and guy from reception helped a lot , even with poor knowledge of english

everyone at the hotel was very child friendly and went out of their way to make our kids feel welcome
there is a great bar and restaurant on site too
spa bath needed a slip mat in for people who used the shower

wrong room given to us then made to upgrade, no life guard and lots of kids
tiles round the pool are dangerous for kids
my kids enjoyed the pool thoroughly and i wish we could spend more time in it

the main thermal baths are open to the public, were overcrowded and felt like a pleasure park for kids
main pools are good and perfect to enjoy with kids

we like the spa but too many kids in there. had to pay extra for full spa experience.
also dinner is quite late if you are with kids 20:00 or 20:30 in near restaurant

torrevieja but i kept the booking at this hotel as i thought the pool would be available for the kids
the pool area is best- not if u have kids though.

a soft play area for toddlers and they would enjoy the pool but otherwise there is nothing for kids at the hotel
