a michelin restaurant option for dinner, which hardly suits younger kids
however we were travelling with kids and it would have been helpful to have a microwave and a bit more room to
got an overcooked pasta with his bolognese (which shouldn't be the case, even in a dish from the kids menu)
in my kids’ room they left the kitchen opened (usually it is locked), but there is nothing there for
not great for kids though they were super nice

some kids were jumping into the pool at the spa, which ruined the relaxing moment
and that is nice, but i feel that they could have more free space around, for example for the kids to run in
to many kids

it s super baby friendly , there is a big indoor pool and a jacuzzi that kids can use, we had so much fun
noise because of a lot of kids but it was a holiday week.
kids pool was a welcome benefit for my daughter and i and the breakfast was fabulous as well
good option for families. there are many activities for kids.
staying at the end of february, it was great to have use of the indoor pool, especially for our kids aged 11

we had one very noisy night because kids were celebrating halloween 2nd night went smoothly
we had 2 rooms (one for us and one for the kids) - the staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious
just could not use wifi in my room but sadly that?s the case with lots of older, euro spits
the dining room service was impeccable - friendly and courteous and the breakfast was delicious

beds for kids are very uncomfortable and basic (sofas), the eggs at breakfast were not good (preproduction),
hotel seems to be better for families with kids
room tended to be a little cold as it was winter and the kids beds were made up with only sheets and no blankets
hotel is amazing, two big outside pools and an interior one, for kids is an amazing place

the hotel has a stunning pool area that is great for relaxing and letting the kids swim
and bar with options for lunch kids club and activities room is very comfortable location allows to walk to
nothing, other than a few noisy kids
our son also enjoyed the kids entertainment and we all lived the breakfast

rooftop pool big comfy bed good picture tv and kids channels rooftop bar
rude staff. all of them were a bunch of dour, young, condescending, unhelpful kids.
parking nearby is easy and only a 10 minute walk into the old town centre
the rooftop pool area was a very neat spot, although the pool bar was not open which was surprising given the
staff friendly and helpful, breakfast good, room nice. spa facility nice.

breakfast is not bi enough to have people stand in line to use and some people & kids seemed to struggle with
we loved the location, amenities, ease of parking (nearby parking lot), good breakfast, proximity to touristy
they offer a delicious breakfast as well
the reception booked a spa visit that i found

hotel itself is nice quite nice and the amenities like kids playroom and gym were good to have
for improvement: - the first thing you see at the entrance is an ugly ice cream disposer for kids - the carpet
the pool was crowded and very noisy, with lots of kids playing even though there was a separate kids pool
we also enjoyed the gym and indoor pool

only downfall was the weak wifi signal, but really it's a place you should try to switch off anyhow so it wasn
good and quiet location. perfect pool. friendly and helpful staff.
