and kids weee running around the halls yelling across the center

worst part: 3 families booked 2 beds but got king rooms instead (they had kids)

thing i didnt like were the pilllows, they got flat as soon as u laid on them and of course my kids were sad

the kids running around all day and night in the hallways

similarly our trash was not emptied during our stay (2 adults + 2 kids) so we just piled it up in the corner

guests, couldn t give directions to places two blocks away( didn t know streets) nighttime bar staff rude

bar closed 15 minutes early sat night, rudely sending customers away

wish the bar stayed open past midnight on a saturday night

the fitness room was very small

the hotel bar has bartenders that don't know how to mix drinks. ugh.

too many kids being over served and causing chaos

i recognize this is a pet friendly hotel, but that should not exempt them from city ordinances that say animals

the bed was very comfortable and the fireplace in the room made the room more cozy

restaurant room service trays let in hall way to long

we had room service for a late lunch and breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel and both were excellent

were kids outside playing (by our window) until 1am we complained and nothing was done

service - rose is the sweetest i remembered her from my first visit last year well equipped gym ; great outdoor

how small the pool was

check in person did not give us the right shuttle times.

close to airport - friendly staff - nice rooms - clean - free parking - great value
