kids running,screaming in the hallway all nigh'i called to complain3 times and nothing was done '

i was not able to request two beds for my kids and i was very upset and i won't use your service again

pool was nice and well-maintained

no trash bags in cans, room service would not answer call

clean rooms and facilities (laundry room is i need of a folding table), but other than that everything was

one of our kids slept on the floor and the other in the bath tub

lobby bar had excellent live music

and the new year s party that was downstairs at the bar was lit

room service cut off at 10 pm - right when we got back to the room after the game

nothing they could do about it they eventually after me complaining about it gave me $30 towards room service

i didn't want to call room service ( i don't use room service ) and the bar was crowded with a party

the whole point of me booking the room was for my kids to swim an then have breakfast the next morning

also the pool was being worked on so my kids didn't get to enjoy that

soccer tournament was going on so kids were just allowed to run free and take over the place
