duckmaster keenan is amazing with the kids
of course the ducks were fantastic and made the kids very happy
the hotel is very great when it comes to the kids watching the duck
just that the parking was a long walk with the kids.

one of our kids slept on the floor and the other in the bath tub
nothing they could do about it they eventually after me complaining about it gave me $30 towards room service
help in your restaurant, one person handling all the tables, we had to leave room service food was poor

there were teenage kids running ip & down the floor, yelling, slamming doors until 10pm
also, there was two buss of kids running up and down the hallways and slamming doors all night long and no one
and we got no sleep because the underage younger kids that stayed in the room across from us were loud all
the room and view were beautiful but a kids soccer tornament team were staying there too

the breakfast was delicious, my kids enjoyed it
room was spacious with a loft and 2 full bathrooms which is always nice when traveling with kids
in on of the rooms, unfriendly staff, bad vibe, would not recommend especially with family of kids
rickety and looked like vents had never been cleaned - also pool was still not open in july so kids were quite
traveling 800+ miles with two hungry kids we landed at 10:30pm on saturday, 6/15

kids were running up and down the hall way
were kids running up and down the hallway at 12:30 in the morning slamming doors and blowing
awful lot of unattended kids in the pool
also that the facility did have a coin laundry (one washer & one dryer) for hotel
loud guest pool not nice staff at front not friendly spiders in room

peaceful kids enjoyed the pool
the whole point of me booking the room was for my kids to swim an then have breakfast the next morning
also the pool was being worked on so my kids didn't get to enjoy that
also kids soccer being loud very late at night
soccer tournament was going on so kids were just allowed to run free and take over the place
