clean and comfy, and a kids club with some activities for kids

we traveled with kids and after a long car trip, this wasn't what we expected

if you go with kids is even shorter as they ask you to use it only at 4pm

the was a games room for the kids which was good but for a 4 star hotel of this size i would expect more

no pool

only signal kids could get was standing at door of rooms

we were unlucky to book the spa at the same time that a family was hanging out there with their kids misbehaving

loved the gym with sauna (there are 2 in the 2 changing rooms) and loved yoh did not need to book

fast wifi

staff, easy check in, swimming pool, sauna and gym included

noisy due to weak isolation, seems that kids were in our own room

wifi was nonexistent

wifi signal was very very slow

central location, friendly staff, free pet stay, very comfortable beds.

the wifi was not working on level 5

beautifully restored old building in a quiet location with free parking adjacent, friendly, competent staff, a

convenient parking

plenty of parking, and a very pleasant garden behind the property, along with communal areas in the hotel

ample free parking is a nice bonus and although not in oviedo, the town of colloto has plenty of restaurants

parking, beautiful gardens, balcony, netflix, great breakfast (not included but wonderful)

treadmill at the gym did not work

the wifi is really really bad, terrible- it either wouldn t work or was exceptionally slow needing me

excellent location and the staff were very helpful when we asked to change room and requested a late check out

staff on reception, a lovely welcome sweet treat from the region, and 24 hour gym with water

the bar on the terraza was shut due to a wedding

is bad, we had baby with us in stay, and they didnt provide room service not even once for the milk ( paid ) we

excellent location. kind staff. comfi bed, good light in bathroom, excellent wifi.

there is a laundry across the street and parking on the same block

hotel is extremely central, with access to lots of bars and restaurants

we didn t try the breakfast, but the bar was good
