yes housekeeping is her job but my kids enjoyed the fact that she checked on them

we didn't need to leave the resort for 5 nights and there was enough to keep the kids entertained

not having a pool actually forced my kids to have more ocean time and we loved that
we were traveling with kids, it s nice to put the kids to bed and you can still sit in a living room
a full kitchen is ideal for long stays but even for short stays
parking was ok until in the evening where there was a party

i did not see if there was kitchen soap either, but it should also contain it in a place like this

hotel has a fantastic pool area and very cosy not overcrowded beach area
