into us all night, kept us awake for most of the night, hence the early morning walk, as the kids struggled to
we stayed in the family suite which had a separate twin room for our kids
woken up by a family with kids around 10
so noise woke me up but not kids

location and building; lovely staff; fantastic spa,pool, sauna etc
i nearly cancelled to have room service
the bar and pool room were shut at 11, they did open it for us, we were the only ones in but heating was lower
was large and bed comfy , staff cant do enough for you spa is free to use and no need to book, pool was great

breakfast was very good and the service excellent
dinner and breakfast excellent as usual all very good got married here still as good
ample parking and nice areas around the garden to sit and enjoy the view
signal on your phone or car but the hotel has wifi, room was a little smaller than expected but still nice
good parking
