there 4 days and asked for house keeping to clean my room and they never did i traveled with my kids a 1 year
also, kids were playing
breakfast and pool
didn't get to enjoy breakfast. we left for the airport before breakfast.
wifi (in our room) is super slow to a crawl.

allowed me to have a early check in with a group of kids because we needed to get them dressed to go take pictures
my kids hoped if we could've stayed longer
the kids loved the inside pool and walking the grounds
hotel, indoor & outdoor pools, free breakfast for the kids, nice selection of restaurants & the staff is beyond
the inside pool was great for the kids

and my kids loved staying here
most people rent the rooms for the pool so i was a little disappointed i drove 6 hours and the kids was told
loved the king suite setup - had a separate room for kids and pack and play and then we could be in our own
we went downstairs to have a drink away from kids and nothing was available but other than that, everything
night had a large group of kids running around causing a disturbance

need more security like wrist band or something to make sure kids don't leave with anyone
the bed was very comfortable. the room was perfect size for 2 adults 4 kids(9.7,6,3).
so much variety even picky kids will love it
everything that the kids got to do. they loved the water part of the stay and the arcade.

the pool was exceptionally clean and the kids enjoyed it.

connecting rooms were a plus since traveling with kids
the hotel was old and cold and didn t have room service.
restaurant and gym are nice and modern

a little bit of a drive from the airport, but the shuttle is very easy to use, so it's no biggie
clean, airport shuttle, close to airport
very convenient to travel as they have a shuttle
plenty of parking.
the indoor pool was very cold. the whirlpool was nice, however.
