it was great that the hotel is just by the route, very easy to reach, free private parking

'the kids' in the streets below can get a
town centre hotel in pau, friendly staff, clean well equipped room and wifi that works acceptably well

other guests are considerate, for example kids playing in the pool were respectful of others, waiting until
treats for the kids in the bedroom and drinks brought up to the room on arrival. nice touch.
very expensive and the restaurant was closed. bar food was expensive

the family were lovely and the breakfast was very good :)
overall comfort was good the beds were good sized and warm. good buffet breakfast.

hotel was set in its own grounds with good parking
food, wine, indoor pool(!) and hot tub, view from the room all fabulous!
also the lobby and bar weren't always manned - so to get a drink could be a bit tricky
lovely grounds with a big pool, a very striking and fine building with a nice indoor spa
there was a broken window on the floor in the pool area which gave it a feeling of neglect

easy to find, only 10min drive into pau, quiet, and a pool for the kids

nice hotel, can't fault it, has a pool, nice for the kids, lovely restaurant, although not for those on a budget

there is plenty of parking on site and a large supermarket is directly next door, should you require supplies
