i travel alone with my kids, and although this is not a super star hotel, i think it was the best option for
selected this property as it was affordable and had parking, but the parking was not gated and next to a busy
we arrived early and they got our room ready quickly for a early check in
i love that i have access to the kitchen .place clean ppl are nice
accessible location, staff was friendly and helpful. kitchen had supplies.

called guest services (9pm) asking for more towels and they never came, so the kids ended up using fave towels
the fitness gym, fitness room and the room of sppining bikes are really good
the valet parking was self-parking and nobody can't help me when i arrived to the hotel

options, lazy staff, had to ask extra towels as i was in a double room with my husband and kids and found only
the location was great and walkable and the kids enjoyed the playroom
am from brazil, and went there with my wife and 2 kids (age 4 and 6) - 3 nights
also, too many people coughing on the food and kids touching food/things
the staff was professional and helpful. the breakfast was awesome and full.

gym is a bit small and being used as a playground for kids

two guys, could not sleep, felt unsafe + staff, at the pool, they wanted to fine us because the kids are a pizza
we were 2 adults and 2 kids and i could not sleep well
early check in was available and with the kids it was essential for an more enjoyable stay
no towels are available at the pool area, people were smoking around the pool and kids were not happy with that
the owner of the hotel took personal attention when at check-in wifi was not working and i i didnt wanted to

tub nearly in middle of room had a beautiful view of the ocean with connection room for our kids
needing specific room keys for each floor made it difficult when putting my kids and i on different
room service took too long: dinner - one soup was cold
the room was spacious with a king bed very comfortable with crisp linens
inifity pools do the trick, and there is a casino right next door which offers a supreme view from its rooftop

if you have kids there is a nice swimming pool
parking is not 24hours and the parking lot for the hotel is in a different street
wifi in room was terrible.
the bar is also very niece for a few evening drinks
the food tasted so good. the bed is very comfortable and clean. good time in the pool.

fee ,the breakfast was disappointing the same thing every day for 7 days and no options for kids no pancakes,
they were great attending our special allergies requests an my kids felt special
there s a monitor set up for kids to watch cartoon at the pool side and ever location comes with a good view
the attached shopping center with casino is accessible from the hotel 24/7 and makes for a fun nighttime
/ hotel is dated, i had a kitchen in my suite/ room but no utensils

sofa bed was super uncomfortable for my kids
also the pool and hot tub was overtaken by little kids
lot's of kids screaming and running around
employees here especially danny at the bar in the lobby , martin and windell by the pool

the pool area is well maintained
a ride in the elevator, because i never knew if i was going up or down from the restaurant or pool floors
we also appreciated the great breakfast, the beautiful views from the hotel, the walkability to great restaurants
the breakfast was incredible.

wifi didn t always work in my room
the staff in the bar and front desk were amazing, so friendly and helpful i d come back any time

unfortunately, my mom and my 12 y old had to wait in the reception while i put the 2 younger kids to sleep
area over crowded some kids party, drinks very expensive, i was not allowed to enter the pool area until after
our kids had a great time in the pool
it was a good stop to take a nap with the kids (1, 4 and 12) during a long layover
to us, we were staying during the 4-day carnaval holiday, and it was filled with lots of noisy kids and locals
