the location was very easy to find with plenty of free on site parking

quiet, comfortable, large rooms, great bar and restaurant, parking, wifi, comfortable beds, clean, very friendly

hotel is absolutely great, the rooms are so comfortable and spacious, the bar is laid back, just

excellent service, nice big rooms, restaurant and bar with a lovely library.

however i was really impressed with the whole hotel, pleasant staff and comfortable room, bar and restaurant

no kids menu or plain food for fussy eaters. only thing child could eat was chips.

and the quality of food far below average, not to mention the steep cost and lack of healthy kids

the spa was lovely but v rigid about the kids. but overall very good facilities.

opening times for kids are 9-5; 9 is too late as breakfast finishes at 10

a paying guest i didn't like being asked to vacate our seats in the bar by 5pm as it was needed for someone else

it was great to have a kitchen, and although they didn't have some larger pots to make dinner, these were

when turned off, could hear it all night and to make it worse there is extractor fans from the kitchen and hotel

was often crowded and on my last night, a sunday, was filled to bursting with families where the kids were

convenience: especially with kids, we were able to explore and take guided tours of the titanic quarter

i don't blame the kids, who were all delightful but not mature or experienced enough to cope with a few little

noisy kids we presume jumping off beds and stomping on the floor

it was going to be too late to use it due to travel arrangements after checkout to pick up our kids

the bar staff including ethan and ronan were great banter and took our drunk chat on the chin

each and every one of them went above and beyond from tina in the gym to the waiting staff i applaud you all

breakfast really nice, room was lovely and the queensize bed was really comfy

our kids didn t change room cos they thought it was too much hassle

we loved it and will be back with the kids and friends

noisy first night, i was in bed at 10 30 sunday and a concert was behind the building - raucous kids running

stayed with my partner and two kids staff couldnt of been nicer

breakfast was not great and kids opted not to eat it on arrival - although evening meal was great

the queen bed is separated from the kids beds by a wall, so not completely separate but also doesn t feel

they went the extra mile in providing hot chocolate with the usual tea / coffee servings which my kids loved

she later offer to give more bottle water after letting her know if i or the kids have to call emergency for

kids above very noisy but hotel dealt with it well and moved us

there was a lot of noise in the hallways, with kids, i know how kids are but when you pay for a nice hotel it

breakfast was amazing

wifi didn't work on the smart tv and so we couldn't use our netflix or prime

food menu in the bar is limited and food quality nowhere near as nice as

had paid extra for the room to be set up,rose petals,prosecco , just really romantic

the school kids were loud and obnoxious and very distracting as we tried to enjoy a drink in the piano bar

we had been looking forward to a ly in as we had no kids with us on our trip
