pool is lovely but unfortunately on the afternoon we spent there it was taken over by a group of kids who were

nice room and swimming pool
jaime (james) is the main bar tender and he has skills
the room was spacious and the private pool is wonderfully relaxing
for now the 10 - 12 sunbeds around the pool seemed fine

hiking to waterfalls, zoo were easy on paved path, great for kids
pool isn't that big, so if this is your only stop and you have kids; they might want a bigger pool
got there late at night and the 2 additional beds for my kids were not ready

hotel is not peaceful, they have loud music and a bunch of kids running around and diving into the pool

the kids loved the little pool in the hotel to cool off
the pool is great if you are travelling with small kids
closed at 7pm and we arrived late so the kids weren't able to enjoy it at night before we left in the morning

it looks like the lounge works for families who need fast food for kids
asking months in advance to get an adjacent room for our kids, they put us next to a connecting room with women
kids playground and pools were a bonus alongside variety of restaurants and bars available
not appealing at all, kids touching everything and not the healthiest of snacks
humidity and bad smell in the room, staff not welcoming and wanting to make us pay for our kids' breakfast
