good breakfast at extra cost

no room service despite three requests.

upon arrival they told us that there will be no room service

decent breakfast (but no fruit), comfy beds and quiet

lovely unique swimming pool and good restaurant on site

time, i could have stayed an entire day at the hotel, and more specifically, at their swimming pool

we had treatments at the spa that were very good

a nice hotel in arcachon, pleasant and helpful staff. a nice bar and restaurant.

that this is an expensive hotel, i feel that a hotel bar and a place to sit down to chat are really lacking

staff and service were excellent from arrival at reception, dining/bar, servicing of the room to poolside -

the hotel is immaculate throughout and all facilities are top notch; pool is marvelous
