was a bunch of kids yelling and making noice during the night but everything else was pretty good
the dining area downstairs was also well kept and a delicious breakfast was served daily
parking was in a locked lot about a block away
staff was very friendly and helpful good location rooftop bar with nice view on volcano
location in less desirable spot. parking is down the street. breakfast included sliced hot dogs.

kids loved the pool so much
the rooms were huge, great for us and two kids who are too old to share beds

before leaving, would be excellent especially with children, our guide was quite good with the kids on the tour

foliage, wonderful meals at la saca, hot springs and spa, everything was perfect and very kids friendly resort

is no pool for kids, the there 2 pools adults-only and the only pool where kids are allowed is too small and it
nevertheless the only kids pool is also a pool with a bar and tables inside the pool
stayed in one of the larger, but older garden rooms and our kids got the newer rooms with the jaw dropping views
golf cart system a bit challenging with kids, but we told the hotel and they were responsive.
