a good sized gym and the pool area was great for kids
they have a gym and 2 pools as far as i remember you should visited both but kids are no allowed to the warm

few things - bedding wasn t comfortable, wifi very slow (ended up using mobile connection all the time), view
restaurant and bar not always open,
very nice & relax space, nice bar and great lobby

we d stayed here last summer for 1 night with our kids and earmarked it for a return trip with friends
of the other guests were rude to us, think they didn t like kids being there
the wifi could have been a bit quicker if i was being picky

kids were out until the early hours of the morning, we didn't get much sleep
great located, in the heart of sevilla - beautiful building and rooms - amazing rooftop (tiny pool, could be a
horrible wifi connection - albeit great, fee for breakfast is too high - rooms only have windows to the
special shout out to the gorgeous roof bar and delicious room service
rooftop terrace as a bar and jacuzzi and is a nice chilling out area

the breakfasts were a highlight of our stay
breakfast was fantastic, a la carte service with five or six courses, set in a beautiful court yard
the rooftop pool and bar are lovely too

wifi doesn't work if you're in the 3th floor

arrived, staff were helpful, friendly and because of our flight arrival time we had requested an early check in

we were woken up by a group of screaming and running up and down kids
teenage kids were sleeping in the bunk beds and found it hard to climb up- but i think they would be better
the bunk bed is great for kids
the staff was good in bringing us something for the top bunk for the kids

before we left i spoke to the concierge to let them know that we ordered food for our kids and asked if there

knew someone was banging on all the doors in the corridor so my husband went out to see if it was kids messing
of people sat outside and there was also a children's playground right outside our window and the kids were
noisy! group of italian school kids loud chatting all night! not much you can do really...

the swimming pool on the roof with jacuzzi made our kids happy in the evenings
the high bunk bed sides also came right off when our kids were on it so we decided not to use it
breakfast are lovely and kids are free
has family rooms that have a full queen size bed and bunk beds for the kids

these two felt like school kids who have decided to play together
hotel, rooms are nice, expected them to be bigger for price though, need to fix wifi in breakfast

roof area was very small and the gym area also is small even though it has the equipment to do a basic routine
