hotel was short staffed, no linens for the pull out mattress for the kids and their were stains
lots of kids around with a conference but it wasn't that big of a deal.
the hotel had booked a very large group of kids to stay which meant facilities like the pool and even the lifts

had other guests that had kids running in and out of the hot tub while other adults were in there
i enjoy the swimming pool and it not being cold so my kids can enjoy the pool in the winter.

and second is that the pool isn t heated, kids didn t seem to mind but i would have liked to swim as well

the place is very cool place to stay, my kids were in awe and loved the arcade

don t charge you for two rooms when you have 4 kids like all the other hotels do
