we were awakened in the night multiple nights by either kids (across the
pools, several adult and kids pools, plenty of pool loungers, market store with light meals and refreshments on
wish there were zero kids but there weren't many

definitely recommend a first floor room, garden view near the pools with kids
if you have kids, they will be thoroughly happy with the pools and entertainment here
huge property with many ammenities and looks like lots of activities for kids
water features were great - fun for the kids and still comfortable for our older family members

so if you have a preference to stay in the serenity pool where no kids are allowed and the views are amazing,

the only hot tub working was tiny and at the children's pool, so always full of kids
kids eat free before 5 yo but no one told us
we didn't have kids so it was fine, but would have been really annoying if we were trying to sleep

the hotel and grounds were very nice, kids loved the penguins and birds

there were a lot of kids in the hot tub, but what can you do. no real fault of the hotel.
