wild dunes, the boardwalk and pools are great for the kids to run around and play
in the pool they have only one jacuzzi and all the kids in lol so i didn t relax in the jacuzzi lol
in lobby was beautiful and updated, pool was heated and my kids could enjoy it, although it was still a bit cold

kids liked the swimming pool in the evenings, it was never crowded

there were noisy kids from a sports team there running through the hallway and not listening to the hotel staff

i could have is a few things i am used to missing- the only one i can come up with is a mini bar though so not

but the planters inn upgraded us to a beautiful large room with a walk-in shower and fireplace

our room had a fireplace which gave it a warm and cozy look
breakfast every morning was good and it was so convenient that it was delivered every morning

you choose what you want from a menu and it is delivered but the kids did not like the oatmeal or how the bagels
i truly enjoyed having my continental breakfast and coffee delivered to my room compliments of the fulton each
we especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast delivered to our room every morning

at no point did we get any info about the wifi and i just ended up using the hotspot on my phone

and refunded my first night but it would have been nice to know before i unloaded my wife and kids and brought
the hot tub was out of order and there were no umbrellas by the pool for sun relief.
therefore; we never welcomed room service because we had no way to secure our valuables

the outdoor hot tub had college kids past 1am, and unfortunately i could hear everything from our 3rd floor

people loudly walk through and kids yell and things
room size was comfortable for a 1 night stay for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids (9 and 13 years old)
none of my kids were willing to sleep on it so we had to squeeze together in the other beds
