no on demand movies for kids and no channel guide on tv so there was no way to know what was on
the bathroom near the pool was very dirty and then locked during our trip so my little kids had to walk all
there was that in kids alone not to mention all of the parents as well (i d say, matching the number of kids
he felt uncomfortable because the guy was hovering over the kids swimming even though my husband was right
was kids running up and down the hall at 10:45 pm and parents were talking like they were outside

kids loved the pool, the cookies at night, and breakfast was fantastic

it was also very close to so many things for the kids to do
kids loved heated pools indoor and out, and great to play at the private beach
only complaint was the people in the room above us had three little kids who ran around alot so the noise was

was great and the server was so kind to our kids
we were able to use the beach and pool at the sister location which was great for the kids
had a large family room (with a sofa bed) and it was good size for a family of 4 with teenage kids
room, wonderful receptionist at registration, use of sister properties, lots on the schedule for kids
was great having a pool, especially if you have kids

spent 5 nights - many meals had leftovers, especially with small kids & with no way to heat it up - 95% of

the pool was clean and having access to a phone to call for poolside dining and drinks is wonderful
spa needs new and more comfortable chairs
booked here mostly for the spa which there was no availability in so we paid extra for off premises spa amentities
traditional inn beautiful gardens and nice pool/ hot tub next door jug has lovely garden as well and makes
spa and restaurant in the same location

pools and hotub closed too early; wasnt aware beach pass needed after packing kids/towels etc/had to search
needless to say the staff was more than accommodating and our kids were thrilled
not much for families or kids to do- would suggest more activities but i think they were pretty short staffed
otherwise we were very comfortable and also used our kitchenette with small kids

aware there are stairs everywhere; from the parking to the building entrance, from your room to the lobby, etc
