best place for young kids and dogs! food and service were excellent.
we were disappointed there was no kids club or really any kids activities around the resort
highly recommend for a nice couples weekend away tho did see a few kids and lots of doggies too

weight staff in the bar and restaurant were not attentive and friendly
we opted for breakfast in the room and i have to say that was one of the best decisions we made
friendly throughout our stay, the service was very good, and we especially enjoyed the relaxed bar area
the room was nice but not spectacular and the pool, though not used by us, seemed small for a resort of this
the only annoying thing was they stopped pool service a bit early & waiting for a buggy to take & pick us up

valet parking was the valet/staff driving your car a block+ away to a 24 hour public parking lot

this is great for pet lovers but for those of us with allergies and sensitivities to animals, this is not good
working, we were looking to decompress and use some spa services, which were not in the facility and were not
free bicycles & the pool was heated as advertised even though i didn't have a chance to to use it
we were also put in a room that had issues with the wifi (the front desk staff said they had had complaints
but if you wanted company there was a great bar downstairs and large common guest lounge area

parking is easy free and plentiful
there is no restaurant or bar at the property, so outside of breakfast there is no option to eat or drink in
enjoyed the room, great location and enjoyed access to the spa/gym
the wood burning fireplace was nice and logs were provided at no charge
good breakfast. access to spa was great.
